This market is mostly settled trivia dressed up as a question. Brandt Snedeker finalized the twelve-man US roster on September 1, with Scheffler, Morikawa, Clark, Burns, Henley and Young qualifying automatically and Thomas, Schauffele, Cantlay, Gotterup, Bridgeman and Koivun taking the captain's picks. Anyone on that list trading at 99% is priced to the roster, and the only real edge left is a late withdrawal, which is why Morikawa's nagging back is the one line worth watching. Everyone not on the twelve, from Spieth to Griffin to Bhatia, is dead money that should read close to zero, and the small residual prices are liquidity noise.
